ABOUT US/HOME Braun Media is creating a new VOD (Video On Demand) catalog and is looking to increase it’s independent feature film library. FEATURES ONLY! Feature is defined as any film sixty (60) minutes or longer! You can add your film to this exciting opportunity! For a submission fee of only $100 your film will be reviewed per our selection policy and if selected will be added to the Braun Media library! If, upon review, your film is not selected you will receive a letter detailing why along with an 80% return of your money. The other 20% is used for watching your film and reviewing it. Once accepted your film will be awarded a non-exclusive video on demand contract with you, the filmmaker, receiving 50% of all net profits, payable quarterly. This means you can still have screenings of your film, send it to film festivals, even sell DVD’s. As another bonus, Braun Media is a full service media distribution company so if your film does well in the VOD arena, we can discuss full DVD distribution! Enter now. Once we receive your film, we will send you a confirmation email. FAQ How much does it cost to submit my film? The submission fee is $100. This fee covers reviewing your film and (if accepted) adding your film to our VOD library, promoting your film and other administrative costs. $100 is an awful lot of money. What if my film is not selected? If not selected you receive 80% of your submission fee back! The remaining amount covers the cost of us reviewing your film and providing you a reason why it was not selected. Try to get that deal from a regular film festival! We are currently accepting 90% of all films we receive so your chances are good! Do you accept shorts? No. We are currently only looking for feature length films. Feature is defined as any film sixty (60) minutes or longer. Can I submit more than one film? Yes, but you must pay the submission fee for each film. How do I submit my film? First, pay your entry fee by clicking HERE. Once we receive your film, we will send you a confirmation email. What happens next? We will review your film and if accepted, it will become part of our VOD library with you, as the filmmaker, receiving 50% of all net profits, payable quarterly. We currently have multiple deals with multiple, reputable VOD companies and third-party vendors (with many more in the works). If accepted, we will contact you directly before moving forward. If you are NOT accepted, we will return your film, 80% of your fee plus send you a written explanation as to why you were not accepted. |
