What I love about Lindsay's Boot Camp DVD is, aside from a great workout, it's designed with moms in mind! I can still run around after my daughter AND get a workout in as well! It's difficult to find time to work out, especially with a toddler. I'm always looking for ways to squeeze exercise into my busy life. After all, exercise keeps me healthy and fit. When I'm healthy and fit, I'm happy. And when Mom is happy, everyone is happy!

Hi my name is Amy Jenkins. I am very proud to say I have two amazing and challenging boys. Cole is 5 and Jordan is 2. Both my pregnancies were completely different. I am not one to really enjoy pregnancy, but being pregnant with Jordan was a far cry from being pregnant with Cole. Cole was an additional 50lbs of weight I did not want nor feel very good about. I traveled in a car with my job, but was only finding time to exercise 3 days a week and not truly able to challenge myself due to cramping and leg pain. In addition I was eating what I didn’t know at the time was turkey sandwiches and soup packed with sodium. To say the least my feet went from a 6 1/2-7 pre-pregnancy to a 9 at the end just to fit those swelled up feet and legs. I was lucky that just about all of my weight gain was baby and swelling. But, nursing and beginning a dedicated workout routine has done wonders for my body and spirit long after 6/19/01.

Since Cole, all the way through Jordan’s pregnancy, and today almost 2 years later, I am teaching exercises classes several days a week. It is now way more of a challenge to take a day off from exercising than it is to find the motivation to exercise. My weight gain with Jordan was half of Cole’s and the swelling was within normal range. I also felt more energized and with a toddler to keep up with that was essential. I educated myself on better nutritional choices for not only myself, but for my baby. This was no time to diet, but rather get as much good for me food as possible. Between chasing Cole and providing nutrition for a growing baby, good food choices were a must. I of course had the necessary sweets to not only curb my cravings, but to enjoy life a little. For the first time in my life, I felt pretty good pregnant. Regular exercise and proper nutrition were the lifesavers of my second pregnancy and all the difference in how I look and feel today, almost two years later.

I have worked out with Lindsay in her AM bootcamps for three years and love it!! When Lindsay told me about this DVD I thought I have to try it and you know what it is AWESOME. Lindsay's Moms into Fitness Exercise Series is the only series that will guide you through each trimester of your pregnancy and post natal. The DVDS are challenging for beginners and advanced woman. Lindsay is very knowledgeable about the working out aspect of pregnancy as well as the nutritional aspect. During the programs Lindsay always makes modifications for the exercises (i.e. something hurts or is too difficult.) Lindsay highlights in her videos the importance of exercise and nutrition before, during and after pregnancy which is key to a healthy pregnancy. I would reccomend this DVD set to anyone pregnant or not. My youngest child is one year old and I find it very motivating and difficult!! Two thumbs up.

When I first started Lindsay’s stroller classes I swore my children would not want to stay in the stroller for a whole work out routine. I was surprised from the first time that they love the time enjoying the outdoors. I throw several apples, cheeses, or crackers in the stroller and they are happy for at least 45 minutes.

Lindsay’s methods have helped me feel like myself again. I have found ways to incorporate my busy motherhood lifestyle with working out. Lindsay specializes in working with mothers and knows our target areas and needs. I have more energy, feel positive with my children, and am happy with my strength and fitness level.

Your stroller pump class is what started me on my way to getting in shape after Spencer was born. I am now in the best shape of my life!! It is now part of my routine and I know that if I hadn’t had someone as motivating as you pushing me in the beginning I never would have stuck with it for 2 plus years. I would have been one of the moms who talks about wanting to get in shape instead of doing it. I was a size 10 (actually probably 12) when I got pregnant and now am an easy size 6! THANKS! Spencer is 3 now—how time flies.

I have been using the postnatal tape for two weeks now and absolutely love it, it is intense but pressure free and Lindsay is the best instructor I have seen on TV. I was a personal trainer and ex army when my son was born(this was four years ago-three more kids later (yes we had them very close) and I am grossely overweight! However, since I have started your tapes I have lost one pants size and am feeling so much better. Thank you-you have given me my life back!
