I will begin my 8th week of bootcamp this week. I'm doing VERY well with results! I'm finding my body is in much "tighter" condition (if that is a word to describe it). The muscles in my body are way more defined than they've ever been, and I'm loving that! So here is what's been going on, as far as my weight...before my first pregnancy, I was between 115-120. My top weight in that pregnancy was 148. well, the lightest I could get down to was 125-128. So with my second, and most recent baby, my pre-pregnancy weight was the 125-128... my highest weight with him was 144. 2 weeks after delivery, I was down to 128, 4 weeks later (so six weeks postpartum) I was down to 124... well, another four weeks later, I was 117!!!!! that was 3 weeks ago. I was SO excited!!! so I will weigh myself again at the end of this coming week and see how I'm doing. I think now, it's mostly toning I need to do.... I'm back in size 6 jeans, which I haven't been in since before my first baby!!!! so I am super excited!!!!

I love Lindsey's workout DVD's. I have been an OB nurse for 12 years and I know from experience that the healthier Mom is, the healthier the placenta will be, which means you'll have a healthy baby. Moms who exercise also have less chance of getting pregnancy induced hypertension (high blood pressure). I tell my friends and anyone who asks me about exercise to use these DVDs (with their doctor's permission of course). All of them have loved these workouts. The exercises are perfect for pregnant women and you can go at your own pace. I use the postnatal workout and it has helped get me in shape, even though my kids are older now. I can workout really hard, or if I am a little lazy I can take it kind of easy. Lindsey is very good at explaining the workout, and I think it is the best workout DVD for pregnant women on the market.

It only took 6 days to get back into a size 4:) Sure I still have some skin on my tummy that needs time to get back to normal, but my hips, butt, arms, and legs stayed toned and trim thanks to the prenatal series. I am alternating the Core DVD and Boot Camp DVD for my workouts.

Lindsay, I ordered your dvd's about a month ago and am very pleased. I have been a fitness instructor for a couple of years and still find your boot camp dvd challenging at the advanced level. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. So I plan to do your boot camp dvd until I find out I am pregnant.

I love how you can pick and choose different workouts because I get bored very easily. I have done other fitness dvd's before and the instructors tend to be a little on the annoying side. You on the other hand are passionate about what you do and in the end produce a safe and efficient workout. Although sometimes when my husband and I are doing your dvd we laugh because when your doing an intense exercise you talking normally-we can barely get two words out!

Keep doing what you're doing!

I used the whole set and am now on the Post Natal Video and my body is coming back quickly! This box set had everything I needed for my pregnancy. Each trimester video has several workouts, plus a yoga section. It is challenging enough for the days that I felt like my old self, and has plenty of modifications for the days that I felt tired.

One of the best features is all of the back exercises and care that the instructor gives to make sure your back is supported in the third trimester. She also incorporates kegel exercises. I always read about how important kegels were but never remembered to do them. With the videos my workouts changed as my needs changed with each trimester. There are pregnant women doing the exercises in the videos. This helped me realize that my growing tummy did not get in the way as much as I thought it would. By the time my third trimester came around, I knew my body was ready for delivery and felt like my body still belonged to me, rather than a victim to pregnancy.

I did not use Lindsay's videos with my first child, but did with my second and there has been a HUGE difference. I had more energy, knew how to care for my core with each changing trimester, and gained around 10 pounds less this time around. I highly recommend the box set!!!

I want to tell you that your tape is a great workout! I am a former military officer so the workout you give is right up there with the ones we did when I was in the Army. I lost all my baby fat within 2 1/2 months of delivery. I weighed 167 when my daughter was born Jun 1, 2006, and now I am back down to 134. Thank you so much!
